Celtic Pride® Microbiota decussata 'Prides' is commonly referred to as Celtic Pride® Siberian Cypress. It is a very hardy evergreen groundcover with attractive fern-like foliage that deer dislike! It stays green through spring and summer and turns russet-purple tones in winter. It is noteworthy for its uniform growth habit and its resistance to tip dieback.
Celtic Pride® Siberian Cypress thrives in full to partial sun in average, moist, well-drained soils. Although the Microbiota tolerates shade better than most conifers, its full color show occurs with a minimum of six hours of sun.
